An Evening of Gastronomy
M
arc Meurin and six other outstanding chefs from the region are volunteering in the kitchen at the Olof-Palme Centre in Béthune. For the third year in a row, the ‘Potes et Toques’ [Friends and Chefs] charity group and the Beuvry catering school are joining forces to put on a wonderful evening to raise funds for a special Christmas project designed to help poor families. Tickets are €43 per person (the goal of the event is to raise €10,000). In addition to an extraordinary gourmet menu, the evening will also feature several stars, including Fred Personne, Jean-Yves Berteloot and Elodie from TV’s ‘Popstars’.
